We have recently been informed by Joy Baking Group that effective January 1, 2025, their cone breakage policy is to be changed and that there are now new steps in place to collect any cone credit(s) for damaged product.  Peck Food Service will no longer be issuing credit for damaged cones and ask that you please contact Joy's regional sales manager Mike Zumbahlen (919-235-2728 / Mike.Zumbahlen@JoyBakingGroup.com) and/or Joy's customer service representative Kenna Silvestri (724-962-5747 / JoyBakingCSR@JoyBakingGroup.com) and provide them with photos and lot #'s in order to receive any cone credit(s) needed.  We thank you for your understanding with this matter.
